Long Range Plan Implementation Group
The Long Range Plan Group was appointed in January of 2004 and is responsible researching various aspects regarding growth in the Township. These issues include land use, culture and history, transportation, economic development, parks and recreation, facilities and services, and demographics and housing. Once the research is completed, a plan will be presented to the Township Supervisors for approval.
The Long Range Plan Group works within the guidelines set forth buy the State of Pennsylvania for the development of a comprehensive plan. Progress reports are provided on a regular basis at the monthly meetings of the Supervisors.
